United Medco, Inc. is a provider of Medical/Pharma Products and Services to the Managed Care Marketplace.
United Medco, Inc. (UMI) provides various products directly to your MCO plan, the plan's pharmacy system and or the plan's members/patients in their home.
In support of providing products within the benefit design, UMI provides accurate and regular utilization reporting as well as receipt of product confirmation with regard to individual patient mailings. UMI presently provides and distributes products to managed care plans and PBMs, ranging from regional in size to national in scope. Products are specific to member benefit formularies such as OTC products for an OTC allowable benefit design as well as products such as insulin syringes, insulin pen needles, blood glucose monitors, strips and related products. UMI can also provide access to its exclusive managed care pharmacy system.
